•Responsible for handling production issues that disrupts the production process, reporting them to Production Head.
•Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
•Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses.
•Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
•Ensure waste rates not to exceed the agreed upon figures in the BOM.
•Monitor & control raw materials usage rates to be consistent with the BOM.
•Responsible for achieving 100 % of the pre-determined. production plan allocated for each shift.
