Receipt Inspection of Drilling Completions and Intervention Equipment. To advise on handling, preservation and status of equipment against ex works condition.

Ensure implementation of CLIENT Assurance requirements

Coordination of inspection of locally manufactured equipment, e.g. Pups, Accessories, BHA

Supporting the Discipline Engineers with the ESoR Process

Non conformance reporting where necessary on equipment deemed “defective” for follow up

Pre-load out inspection of Drilling Completions and Intervention Equipment.

Pre-load out inspection of tubing running and handling equipment at vendor premises.

Supervision for make up and testing of casing and completion components to be used.

Receipt inspection of Vendor supplied down hole equipment. To include construction, updating and monitoring rental items. Rental Tool tracking

Auditing to Vendor equipment for suitability and pre-load out testing if required.

Interface between operator and vendor post job resulting from equipment failure or damage upon return to their facility. Follow up with vendor to ensure CLIENT receive satisfactory Close Out report

Full inspection/traceability and hard stamping to ALL CLIENT owned down hole equipment.

Construction of traceability spread sheets detailing full description of the items, inspection codes/dates, re-work, failure reporting and recommendations etc.

3rd party inspection monitoring for QC on equipment covering industry standards.

DS-I Latest edition

NS-2 Latest edition.







· Guidance as to storage/maintenance of equipment held at forward base locations



· Review of casing running operations plans as requested



· QA / QC on drift equipment



· Advise on local machine shop capability for thread cutting, critical welding jobs etc
