Regional Sales Manager - Lafarge

Propose and obtain approval the required trade spend and activities to achieve the channel target.

Deliver volume for the assigned area/territory.

Plan the monthly targets / objectives (of coverage, distribution and new accounts penetration) on weekly bases.

Ensures monthly sales plans/initiatives are communicated to the team and execution of plans/initiatives is done effectively and as per guidelines.

Communicate and allocate sales targets to the respective sales reps of the area.

Ensure effective deployment of sales force time - territories and routes planned logically and call frequencies is maintained.

Appraise staff on regular bases to confirm assessment of their performance.

Monitor customer outstanding credit and ensure that the collection is done as per company policy and the credit limits.

Ensure that the customer are getting the right service level and that all their complaints are reported and sorted.

Prepare and present sales reports in order to facilitate decision making.
