SAFETY MANAGER - Shade Corporation LTD.

 At least 7 - 10 years relevant safety work experience (Construction) with min 3 years in managerial position.

 Fluent in written and spoken English.

 Engineering degree or equivalent.

 Formal occupation Safety & Health training with internationally recognized certificates (e.g. OSHA, NEBOSH, IASP and NSC).

 Formal Safety training on:



• First Aid/ BLS/ CPR with AED

• Fire Watch

• Confined Space Entry Program

• Scaffold Safety

• Crane and Rigging Safety

• Work Permit System

• Excavation, Trenching and Shoring

• Basic occupational Safety and Health Training for Construction.

Minimum Expectations:

Able to identify job hazards, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.

Able to recommend appropriate and necessary personal protective equipment & safety devices.

Be able to recommend safe work procedures & best practices, Tool Box talks, Safety awareness programme and provide job- specific safety training.

Knowledgable in heavy equipment safety inspection, scaffold inspection, excavation inspection, protective equipment and safety devices inspection.
