Sales Executive / Engineer

Maintain Co. customer database.

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.

Formulate bids / quotes in co ordination with Co. Management.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with Co. order-processing & Operations staff.

Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys in co-ordination with Co. marketing department.

Monitor and report on upcoming opportunities within Kuwait and other locations identified as “of Interest” to Co.

Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and sales skills.

Formulate, administer and carry out Co. customer satisfaction surveys on 6 monthly intervals
