1. SCOPE

Managing a Client portfolio and developing sales of Laundry Services to professional Clientele (Hotels, Hospitals, Industry).



2ORGANIZATION

Reporting to Laundry Plant Manager.



3DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



3.1. Main Functions



3.1.1. Client prospection, set-up meeting and laundry visit with potential clients.

3.1.2. Visiting existing/future clients (hotels, hospitals, gym clubs, airlines, industries…).

3.1.3. Promoting the Laundry services and products.

3.1.4. Negotiating with potential clients, set-up business relations and operational proposals in coordination with the Laundry Plant Manager.

3.1.5. Follow-up Clients needs and claims ensure Clients satisfaction.

3.1.6. Proceed to Client training of laundry procedure and hygienic practices.

3.1.7. If necessary, conduct linen inventories at the Client’s place make sure that linen is used properly.

3.1.8. Follow-up Clients payments and ensure payments deadlines.



3.2General Functions

3.2.1. Understand the concept of quality, excellent level of service and efficient operations.

3.2.2. Ensure policy and procedures are in place to meet and exceed the company targets.

3.2.3. Always have a good presentation (clean uniform, nice behaviour)

3.2.4. Able to work within a multicultural environment.

3.2.5. Punctuality.

3.2.6. Excellent communication skills, good contact with people.

3.2.7. Proactive and autonomous.



4QUALIFICATIONS



4.1. Summary



Education: College Degree in Marketing and Sales. or equivalent.



4.2. Details



4.2.1. Bachelor of Science or equal

4.2.2. Fluent English and Arabic.

4.2.3. Driving license

4.2.4. Minimum 3 years working experience in the Service industry.

4.2.5. Experience in hotel or laundry business is a plus.

4.2.6. Computer skills: Microsoft (word, excel, ppt...)
