- ordering the items required by the workshop foreman and releasing it to the equipment effectively

- compile records of the items and make inventory every 6 months

- liaising with suppliers for timely delivers and checking of items " quality and quantity "

- ensuring the sufficient stocks inventory and initiate replenishment when necessary

- proper housekeeping and effective locating system for the items

- documentation and providing a clear filling system for purchase requisition forms and other documents
