• Provide services and technical support to all the clients of all Ducab products (Cables, Connect and Copper Rod).
• Provide timely and appropriate response to customer queries/complaints to meet their expectations.
• Investigate and determine root cause of customer complaints, implement corrective actions and preventive actions for all customer complaints through sales, logistics, manufacturing and testing to ensure satisfactory close out.
