Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:



•Supervise warehouse operations and employees



•Coordinate staff to handle work directives in a timely manner



•Prepare goods scheduled for deliveries accurately and efficiently meeting tight deadlines



•Ensure all products are accurately received and shipped using RF warehouse management software



•Schedule and review inventory accuracy



•Maintain and monitor the sign-in and out process for all equipment



• Evaluate and train staff



•Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers



•Communicate with Customer Service and Dispatch teams to ensure all customer requirements are met



•Coordinate and assign tasks to operators and material handlers as directed by the facility manager and ensure that proper operational processes are followed



•Ensure proper and safe work ethic



•Other duties as required
