After Sales Manager

You must have previous main dealer experience, must be a pro-active leader, should be capable of moving the departments and business forward.



On a daily basis you will need to take responsibilities for staff management, ensure manufacturer's standard are adhered to, deal with warranty processing, maintain and exceed customer service levels, monitor departmental budgets, hours, efficiencies and productivity.



- Customer follow up

- Handling the after sales requirements.

- Support Sales department with vital data and provide leads for increasing our market share.

- Managing our actual business unit with growth potential that requires change management process and direction.
