Budget and Planning Manager (for Dubai Air Navigation Services) - Dubai Airports

-Allocate a monthly approved budget to cost centres and directorates based on a final approved DANS budget, and advise on its utilisation / achievement



-Ensure each operational transaction undergoes pre-budget check before fund commitment and execution of the transaction

Ensure the timely and accurate reporting on monthly budget utilisation of cost centres and Directorates and advise them on its financial implications. Suggest methods of improvements of the same as well as ensuring monthly budgeted revenue are properly met



-Provide monthly and annual feedback to the Head of finance on budget utilisation and variances along with analysis and interpretation of the reasons thereof



-Maintain historical data of annual / monthly budgets and its utilisation and provide decision support to top management in developing operational and capital budgets, annual and standing plans and ensuring proper fund allocation
