With three principal offices in London, Dubai and Qatar we are in an exciting growth phase having recently won a number of new clients and are now looking for a talented Business Development Director based in our Dubai office to champion our development of new and existing clients in the Middle East.
Key Objective
Work closely with the Middle East MD and senior Endpoint team to champion the new business development and marketing of Endpoint’s Middle East business translated into the acquisition of new clients with long term growth potential.
You will be the architect driving new business, marketing activity and relationship building - generating a high quality pipeline of business prospects, aligned to clients brand ambitions and Endpoint’s Middle East marketing strategy.
Primary job responsibilities:
Business Development
• Champion new lead generation, relationship building and new business networking.
• Proactively build, manage and sustain a quality pipeline of prospects for conversion, with the emphasis on quality and client relationships rather than projects
• Manage all inbound new business enquiries, qualifying potential opportunities and developing next steps. Oversee responses to inbound new business opportunities to the highest standards
• Develop a database and contact strategy. Generate a regular flow of client based and agency new business opportunities each month, from inbound calls, leveraging network contacts and outreach activity.
• Prepare a monthly new business pipeline report for the Middle East & London management team.
• Monitor the press and use intelligence tools to identify leads and plan campaigns and tailored approaches to prospects.
• Work closely with the London based Strategy & Development Director for effective knowledge-share and best practice
Marketing
• Ensure the development and execution of a high quality marketing plan and program. Taking the lead and full responsibility on implementing the marketing strategy, in support of the Endpoint’s overall business goals.
• Manage and deliver the communications plan, assisting within the development of research / thought pieces, marketing pieces / collateral and events and content strategy, leveraging the content from knowledge from Endpoint London.
• Create and nurture a sustainable and positive image in the market place through the well thought out creation and execution of the marketing plan.
• Ensure that all corporate marketing, activities and collateral are produced to the highest standards and to brand house style guidelines.
• Maintain the case studies and credentials library and a working knowledge of credentials and pitch presentations, maintaining close contact with the London and Doha offices, for valuable knowledge-sharing and harnessing best practice
• Development of, and responsibility for, the Middle East Marketing budget.
• Responsibility for 360 activation of marketing plan and events, through hands on execution and delivery with support from Marketing / Business Development or account management, ensuring that all key stakeholders are kept informed and involved where appropriate.
