Looking for experienced Business Development Manager who can generate leads and contribute to the profit of the company in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar & KSA Regions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients
- Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops account sales plans / approaches.
- Identifies prospects and develops sales strategies to secure new business.
- Comfortable prospecting though proven telephone-calling techniques.
- Closes sale where possible and / or arranges for sales calls from program experts where client requests further information and/or contact.
- Prospects active and inactive accounts both independently and jointly with appropriate staff as prioritized by the management .
- Meets regularly with Sales Director to review /coordinate sales efforts to ensure continued focus and success in meeting and exceeding individual and company sales targets.
- Partners with appropriate team members as a dedicated sales resource to enhance sales efforts through engaging in specific sales action plans.
