Middle East Jobs: Business Transformation / Change Manager

Job Purpose:

- Reporting to the Programme Manager, lead and take responsibility for all Business Transformation activity being undertaken and deliverables provided from the CMS programme.

- Act as an active member of the Programme Management team

Accountabilities:

- Operate as an active and engaged member of the Programme Management team

- Lead and take responsibility for all Business Transformation activity being undertaken, and deliverables provided, by the CMS programme.

• Business Process Design

• Manage the team modifying the level 1 and level 2 business processes to reflect the CMS technical solution

• Manage the development of the level 3 and level 4 business processes alongside the detailed technical solution

• Mange the necessary changes to business processes which emerge form user testing and initial pilot activity

• Manage the design, implementation and removal of contingent and transitional processes provided to temporarily bridge gaps arising during the business transition

• Business Change Centre of Excellence

• The design of the Business Change Strategy to be adopted by the CMS Programme

• The production of the Business Change artefacts to be used

• The establishment of Benefit Realisation management and monitoring

• Business Change Execution

• Planning the Business transition from use of their current processes and systems to the new processes and systems

• Managing that transition and working with the technical Roll Out manager ensuring that business cut over is effective

• Ensuring that Benefit realisation is monitored and benefits are achieved

• Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Identifying key stakeholders and stakeholder communities, designing the appropriate management approaches for each community, including communication mechanisms

• Managing the execution of the Stakeholder management plan

• Training

• Manage the team working on the development and delivery of user training

• Ensure that remains coordinated with the other business transformation and technical activity.

- Liaise closely with Elm ITS Consultation Department Manager to ensure CMS Programme alignment and compliance with Elm Consultation policies and procedures
