Galle Face Hotel has commenced a major restoration program to return Sri Lanka’s most iconic property to the position of Sri Lanka’s premier deluxe hotel to coincide with its 150th anniversary in 2014. Work is already underway restoring rooms & suites, banqueting and meeting rooms, restaurants & bars to the highest standard while retaining authentically to location and history. Chief Steward
To ensure the standards of hygiene in all food & beverage areas should not only be met but, exceeded wherever and whenever possible. HACCP competent
- Good command of English language.
- Course on chemical usage and control- environmental friendly waste disposer
- Computer literate
EDUCATION: High school certificate
EXPERIENCE: Operational experience in 5 or 4 Star hotels for 5-7 years, International experience preferable
