Counter Parts Salesman - Arabian Auto Agency

Job Purpose:



Selling parts, responding to customers’ inquiries and assist them in identifying parts numbers and recommending substitution for unavailable parts.



Duties and Responsibilities:



1- Fills customers purchase orders from stock and follows up on its delivery.

2- Prepares quotations for available parts and forwards inquiries for non-available parts to suppliers.

3- Recommends substitution for unavailable parts.

4- Identifies parts numbers as needed by customers and other branches

5- Prepares computer draft for warehouse on received parts.

6- Prepares invoices for received and sold parts

7- Rechecks and packages parts to be delivered to customers

8- Updates entries in the system and follows up on purchased orders.

9- Submits monthly report listing clients with outstanding balance
