You will work within a project team to configure and deliver quality ERP solutions to our customers - with the time and budget allocated for the project. You will advise the customer of the industry best practices as well as advise with solutions on how to use the software to streamline the business. You will support the customer before, during and after the Go-Live with any issues regarding their ERP implementation.
Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software
Help in the development of specifications, configure the system, develop and install modifications
Communicates regularly with the project manager on the status of the work in progress
Respond to customer calls and provides immediate assistance for urgent requests
Provide training to users during the implementation phase
Develops an action plan according to the customers' specifications and their roles
Participate in sales activities by configuring the demonstration environments that serve during
presentations to potential clients
Develop specific functionalities as required and modifies data according to the industry
May be called upon to make presentations
