Export Planner - Nestlé NEAR

• Develop the Ex-Egypt Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ensure effective communication and smooth operations with Third Party Customers and Nestle Affiliates.

• Ensure effective internal communication and collaboration with different business units, Business Development Managers, finance, Supply Chain, and factory teams to create alignment.

• Ensure high service level to customers and affiliates.

• Updating the SOP to ensure process optimization and alignment between all involved parties, and overall improvement in Supply Chain performance (Positive hit on some key Supply Chain KPIs).

• Comprehensive weekly reports.

• KPIs: sending shipping documents on time, and Dispatch Plan Attainment (DPA).
