Finance Analyst - Syngenta Agro Service AG

PURPOSE

•Support the decision making and target setting process for the commercial unit Frontier Markets with robust and timely financial analysis and forecasting.



•Provide monthly and weekly reports & understand material deviations from strategy and forecasts for sales and function cost

MAIN TASKS

•Analysis of sales and function cost on commercial unit, country group and customer level

•Lead function cost forecasting process for budgets and forecasts

•Manage the accounting and funding process for CROs (customer representative offices) in the geographical area of the commercial unit in close collaboration with the business owner, local accountants and Syngenta Business Services (SBS)

•Ensure correct accounting period cut off through monthly accruals

•Support Commercial Unit (CU) Finance Business Partner with weekly and monthly sales forecast as appropriate

•Close collaboration with SBS team with regards to service related issues arising from business customers

•Support CU Finance Business Partner in ad hoc requests and projects as requested
