The Translator/ Interpreter translate and interpret all communications written & verbal English / Arabic and Arabic / English at Awsaj Academy.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Carry out oral interpretation and written translations as required by the PR Senior Officer to support consistent and high-Quality communications to all stakeholders.
Translate and proofread articles for Awsaj Academy’s newsletters from Arabic to English and vice-versa.
Assist the PR Office with the production/ and or update of all Awsaj Academy publications.
Develop and document consistent processes and strong internal communication throughout the translation process.
Assist and provide translation support to other Awsaj Academy departments within PR Office responsibilities.
Coordinate with QF Publication Office to submit translated publications (such as speeches, advertisements, articles, ..etc) for proofread and final approval.
Assist in preparing official letters responding to QF internal communication and other external communication within PR Office responsibilities.
Assist in preparing press releases about Awsaj Academy’s events and activities.
Assist -within PR Office responsibilities- in translating and proofreading information on Awsaj Academy’s website.
Review and proofread written publications in both Arabic and English Examples (advertisements, annual reports, prospectuses, brochures, …etc.)
Translate Awsaj Academy policies as required by the PR Office.
Act as interpreter for different meetings and visits
Provide accurate translation and or proofread SMS, letters, and other publications sent by the PR Office to parents
Assist as an interpreter for Awsaj Academy’s events such as conferences, All staff meetings, , open house…etc.
Any other tasks as requested.
