Front Desk Executive at Valoran will play an important role in presenting the company to business partners, customers and suppliers.
You'll need to be a people's person as your role involves working with people from all levels throughout the organization to help them in their daily jobs.
You'll also need to be super efficient to make sure you can balance your own workload with all those extra little requests that will come in from around the office during the day.
Responsibilities:
- Operate company telephone switchboard and handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner; determine intent of caller, route calls to relevant recipient and take messages.
- Manage receipts, distribution and dispatch of incoming and outgoing courier documents or packages to and from the company.
- Provide administration related support to facilitate smooth running and function of all the departments in the office as required.
- Effectively present information, respond to questions and handle business correspondence.
- Fax, scan and photocopy of documents as required.
- Manage walk-in customers and handle their inquiries.
- Welcome customers by greeting, direct them appropriately and notify relevant company personnel of their arrival.
- Maintain orderliness of the reception area.
- Carry out additional duties that may arise in support of the company and its departments.
