Experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Infrastructure Commissioning documentation/ handover procedures and training documentation.
Training and Handover- All the systems within this project will need to be delivered to the client which consists of various technical documentation specifications. To deliver this it will include - Insuring the completeness and delivering the training and handover of As Builts, O&M Manuals, Test procedures, commissioning plans and training documentation. Site specific training plans and O&M manuals will need to be developed and delivered to the client. Training presentations will need to be carried out in the class room and on site with internal staff, clients, subcontractors and operations and maintenance teams.
The ideal candidate will be very well presented and spoken in English.
1 The Handover and training engineer will be responsible to develop the procedure / standard of documentation of the final handover dossier and coordinate with the technical documentation team to develop deliverable.
2 The handover and training team will run workshops with subcontractors on the standards of delivery with approved procedures with As Built drawings, O&M Manuals and training schemes.
3 This will include presentation to subcontractors any new processes that need to be implemented and followed. The training and handover manager will control the final handover dossier register / index as well as coordinate the as built drawing register.
4 The handover and Training Engineer will interface with the T&C area Managers, Technical documentation manager and QA/QC manager to make sure a standardized process of handover and documentation is implemented and delivered by all subcontractors. Coordination with Authority interface and safety team will also be needed.
