To provide guest in the Event Operations department with the highest standard of food and beverage service on all functions according to the JW Marriott Standards. To provide safe and timely pick-up and drop-off for our guests as designated by management and to maintain high standards of hospitality and service at all times. Improve arrival and departure experience by anticipating guest needs and offering personalized service in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Ensure truck is kept clean and tidy at all times. Be familiar with the hotel services and hours of operations. Be familiar with all local attractions, hotels, restaurants, etc... Be familiar with all Catering SOP’s and LSOP’s. Ensure that the truck has regular maintenance checks. Report truck accidents immediately to the management. Valet Parking when needed. Be fully aware of all safety and emergency procedures. Be security conscious at all times, inform manager of anything suspicious. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear proper uniform.
