2. Should favor vertical communication system to his/her superiors in order to maximize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction for all functions and activities involving food and beverage

3. Punctuality is a must when reporting to work

5. Knows how and what to do in case of evacuation, fire alarm, and other emergencies

6. Adheres strictly to all directives of safety regulations and HACCP programs in the working place

7. Prepares and controls proper mise en place prior and after service, following opening and closing checklists

8. Welcome guests with a smile

9. Manage Reservations Procedures and table seating efficiently, to ensure revenues

10. Manage customer demands with a positive attitude

11. Offer choices to customers, then escort them to table and present menu in a friendly way

12. Check customer satisfaction after their experience

13. Report any complaint to Management

14. Assists Management in preparing daily briefings

15. Be aware of Marketing promotions
