The broad description of the Interface Engineer is to assist the Systems Assurance Manager on Interface Management for a civil work package including Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) works on a Railway project.
Under the Systems Assurance Manager supervision, he shall have an advisory and approval role on several technical issues.
• Monitor Contractor Interface process
• Attend interface meeting with Contractor / Client
• Review, comment and propose "Statement of No Objection" for Interface Identification, Interface Definition, Identification and Tracking of Actions from the Contractor
• Review, comment and propose "Statement of No Objection" for Interface Control Document from the Contractor
• Review, comment and propose "Statement of No Objection" for Contractor Interface Matrix
• Review, comment and propose "Statement of No Objection" for Interface Control Document Matrix
