• Responsibility for managing the relationship and growth of SABIC Account on a global, multi-national, multi-divisional basis.
• Developing partnership vision between the different Hyperion product lines through coordination of sales and technical support teams on SABIC Account.
• Performing long-range planning; organizing and controlling sales growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction for long-term results.
• Act as a strategic interface to SABIC. Partnering with the Hyperion sales and technical Management, develop win-win relationships and strategies to develop long and lasting relationships with the different divisions inside SABIC.
• Responsible for managing the full scope of the customer relationship between Hyperion and SABIC for all product lines.
• Building and fostering key business relationships as well as being able to drive a large account team towards their business objectives.
• Working with the account P&L leadership and region leadership in a virtual sales environment.
• Ensure the successful implementation of sales quality and execution through shepherding the value/solution selling methodology to become a sole sourced partner with the SABIC Account..
• Utilize quality tools and methodologies to drive improvements in key business processes for the customer including customer based solutions and boundary less selling.
