Contracts and Tendering



• To identify material requirement (based on project plans and lead time) and timely procurement of the same at the most economical rate without compromising on quality

• To develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification

• To ensure and maintain effective vendor relationship to get the best deals for the organisation

• To install a system of inspection to ensure that materials received are as per specifications



Design Coordination



• Design Development Stage - Establish progress and track design progress within the established framework of Overall Project Master schedule.

• Design review to ensure periodic reviews are held with the Consultants on design, schemes, reports etc. and enable Value Engineering exercise.

• Material and Shop Drawing Approvals: Set up and manage tracking, reporting and internal communication on Material Approval Requests from Contractors.

• Sets up and manage support function including tracking, reporting and internal communication of mock-up and material approvals.
