Planning Officer - Electric House

Purpose of position:



Materials planners work in a manufacturing environment and are a part of the supply chain.



The planner works with the manufacturing department of Power Center as input information to determine the resources necessary to meet the delivery schedule.



The purchasing department from Power Center and material planners EHE work together to purchase the needed resources.





Key Responsibilities & Duties:



Work on EHE MRP (( Material requirement planning )) for all stores in EHE

-Work on Item calsifications with brand managers

-Record lead time for each supplier and item

-Minimum stock for each item in stores

-Lead time to deliver each item in store

Monitor (To be deliver list) for Power Center,

this list is generated by Exact system and be sure no due dates appear.

Match above list with ((material to be received )) to EHE and cover the shortage if any

Cover each purchase order from Power Center by sales order EHE same quantities and prices.

Maintain the delivery dates coordinating with brands managers special overseas and ask for deliveries immediately when material received in EHE
