Provide complete technical support to the Project Manager and project field staff as directed by the PM on construction projects. Complete project document management, interpreting construction documents and resolving trade conflicts, assisting PM with subcontract management, coordinating project schedule updates with entire project team, attending coordination meetings, and assisting PM with meeting project budget. Document flow, communication with subcontractors and Consultant staff, RFI resolution and coordination, submittal processing, subcontract management support, attending weekly coordination meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and project close out.
