Job Purpose:
Plans, manages, and reports the assigned region’s parts sales activity
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Develops the annual operation plan for parts sales in his assigned region based identified business opportunities and existing customers forecasted needs
2- Maintains updated knowledge of the company’s product range
3- Monitors the region demand for parts and services and develops action plans to meet such demand
4- Meets with major clients to ensure to present products, negotiate deals, review and resolve customer complaints
5- Develops and implements ways to ensure quality service to customers and promote the company image and branch profitability
6- Closely monitors the branch daily operation by checking credit transactions, invoices cashier report and parts ordering
7- Prepares and submits reports and periodic branch activity competition market trends and proposed actions to increase sales and company profitability
8- Ensure proper staff development, performance evaluation and reward systems
