Our client, Virgin Mobile, is a large and established company in the telecom and media sector, and they are looking for highly passionate and customer focused Retail Sales Advisors to join their operations in the Central (Riyadh), Western (Jeddah), and Eastern (Dammam) regions of Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate shall be required to perform all store activities communicated by the Retail Store Manager in terms of selling, collection and customer service according to the company’s sales guidelines, business processes and procedures. As he will be front-lining directly to potential and actual customers, the Retail Sales Advisor must have ‘first-class’ attitude towards customer service. He shall be an ambassador of the company brand and name. Having worked previously in a retail sales or customer service environment, the ideal candidate must have a friendly approach, strong sales skills and project a genuine care or attention to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times with the objective of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Build rapport with all potential customers and exceed customers’ expectations by going the ‘extra mile.’
• Have knowledge and solid understanding of all the company products in order to be able to offer 1st class information to customers and match their needs.
• Act with the highest level of professionalism at all times as an ambassador of the company brand and name.
• Handle customer escalations and act as a liaison to resolve customer concerns.
• Respond promptly and accurately as possible to customer enquiries making sure that information given is correct and up-to-date.
• Log complaints in the system and effectively escalating the issues to concerned departments.
• Demonstrate initiative in learning and understanding new products, services and promotional offerings in order to keep up-to-date with the company’s most recent products, services and offerings.
• Directly responsible for the sales of Virgin Mobile products and services in the Store.
• Manage inventory at point of sale, ensuring secure storage and assisting in reconciliations.
• Handle and count cash and other payments, responsible for their reconciling payments against system records daily.
• Collect and verify required documentation, such as ID, forms and receipts to hand them over to Retail Store Supervisor at end of shift.
• Comply with the store’s personnel policies and procedures regarding attendance and general work decorum.
