• To prepare, compile the estimates of materials, manpower, and works in the area of project, operation and maintenance works of Facililties Management function.
• To review the O & M Manual, As built drawings and project documentation.
• To prepare spare parts data sheets and define optimal inventory level.
• To prepare the tender document of Annual maintenance contracts, EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning) projects, Adhoc support contracts.
• To serve as the departmental focal point for matters related to Materials Requisitions & Contracts liaising with all appropriate QF Departments especially FM and Procurement Directorate.
• Frequent contact with Procurement Directorate & QF Warehouse for expediting the delivery of materials.
• To carry out technical evaluation and make recommendation of the offers from the Bidders.
• To be updated on present cost of the Facilities Management Services
