Technical Manager - Syngenta Agro Service AG

- Represents the technical viewpoints on the Management team

- Provides technical leadership internally and establishing / maintaining external technical network including key influencers

- Coordinates the portfolio process including submissions and reviews and ensuring on their technical integrity and timeliness of all submissions

- Coordinate all field resource planning and trial activities ie trials allocation both internally and externally

- Responsible for the maintenance of technical standards, external credibility and training

- Drive excellence in technical launch and support within their area

- Manages the technical integration and leverage of Seeds and Crop Protection technologies in the area

- Follows up and addresses any technical complaints of Syngenta products with customers/distributors
