Topo has an opportunity available to join our growing company. We have current projects in the Maldives, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fiji and beyond and we require a motivated, enthusiastic Site Architect / Architectural Draftsperson based full-time in Abu Dhabi / Dubai. We are a boutique company and employ only talented and enthusiastic staff who enjoy work and who can help develop our designs into world class resort and hotel projects.
• We seek an enthusiastic and committed team player, who has a keen desire to learn, contribute and progress within a small company.
• Applicants should have a positive attitude, be able to work independently and efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Successful applicant will be based full-time in Abu Dhabi / Dubai with other independent consultants, but will also be required to work in Topo head office in Singapore periodically for coordination and workshops.

Responsibilities:
• Developing drawings from concept through to detailed construction drawings and details for several large luxury resort projects
• Drafting and preparation of Architectural plans and details in Autocad, Adobe and Sketchup;
• Coordination with other disciplines on site;
• Inspecting works on site and responding to queries;
• Technical support and assistance of Director and Senior staff in all areas of design and documentation
