Finance Manager

• Establish, implement and maintain Financial Policies and Procedure.

• Managing Financial Risk

• Preparation of Annual Budget and update of financial forecast monthly.

• Review monthly Management Financial Reporting Reports

• Treasury and Cash management on daily/ weekly monthly basis

• Prepare monthly cash requirements forecasts and submit to treasury department in the head office on an adequate timely manner.

• Managing banking relationships and arrange needed Bank facilities

• Maintain internal controls procedures according to applicable and prevailing law and regulations.

• Work closely with various departments and respective General Manager/department heads to develop annual budget to be submitted to the Group CFO for review and initial approval.

• Oversee day-to-day operations within accounting department.

• Work closely with concerned departments to prepare, organize and appoint team members responsible for monthly and/or annual stocktaking.

• Work with each direct reporting staff to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

• Attend to inquiries received from CFO and/or Financial Controller in an adequate manner and with specified timeframes.

• Act as the main point of contact to internal/external auditors to provide all required information at subsidiary after being reviewed by CFO and/or FC.

• Work closely with Group IT manager to resolve arising ERP bugs and/or discrepancies in cooperation with CFO and Financial Controller to ensure accuracy and adequacy of generated reports and balances.

• Review, assess and propose modifications/adjustments to prevailing workflows and processes to ensure compliance with approved policies, statutory requirements and executive instructions, with respective to cost/benefit efficiency.
