HR Manager

Job Description:



Responsible in keeping newly hired personnels' records including updating of all employees information and associated documents. Forecasting as well as ensuring accomplishment of employee needs.



Responsible for recruitment activities, maintaining Employee personal files, making disciplinary letters, process vacation/ exit and other leaves, MIS of employee data, updating the records, administration works related to Admin such as accommodation of staff and workman, projects sites admin coordination, etc.



Supervising and conferring with various departments in addressing employees concerns all the compensation, benefits and personal complaints



Coordinating with personnel department for visa administration.

Implementing discipline policies such as progressive, performance and behavioral related policies.

Requirements

Qualifications: Educational Qualification : HRs, C&Bs, Recruitment

Number of years of experience: 4 to 7 years preferably including Gulf Experience of minimum 3 years.

Area of experience preferred: He should have worked in a Construction company or design company

Should be capable of maintaining the personal records and should have good knowledge of local labour laws

Good knowledge in English, Arabic.



French would be highly appreciate
