Regional Training Manager - Almarai Company

Core Purpose of Job:-



To manage and achieve the development of knowledge, skills and attitude of the employees in the regions, by ensuring a structured Training Needs Analysis is conducted, well defined training plans is prepared and monitor the adherence of the training policy in the region.



Key Area of Responsibility:-



• Administer the process of Regional Training Needs Analysis through Line Managers / Supervisors to ensure development of the knowledge, skills and attitude of the employees.

• Manage the regional Annual Training Plan and ensure annual training plans for region/ area/ route are carried out to cover all job holders under each Line Manager / Supervisor have a well defined training Plan for the year.

• Induct new employees to make them aware of the job functions and acquaint them with the history, culture and values of Almarai and the policies and procedures.

• Design curriculum of jobs and develop, update, training packages for the written competencies of a specific job.

• Execute IT system, Quality, Safety, Sales, Merchandising projects to ensure staff are able to understand, work with the new systems, procedures and policies.

• Develop training evaluations for all training programs to make sure that conducted programs are evaluated at learning level.

• Manage training resources and equipments to make sure the resources are available every time when a training program occurs.

• Provide Career enhancement support for performing staff to prepare them for promotion to higher positions.

• Audit training staff, departments to ensure that executed training activities adhere to company training policies and procedures.

• Execute sales support activities directed by the RGM to ensure that identified gaps are addressed.

• Deliver training programs for Line Managers / Sales Supervisors to develop the knowledge, skills and attitude.
