Training Executive – e-Learning - RAK Bank

We are seeking an eLearning Training Executive. You are required to design and develop eLearning interventions and manage administration tasks on the Learning Management System.



You will be accountable to:



• Deliver training to end users via web-based educational models and corresponding software tools.

• Develop strategies and technologies that leverage digital media to instruct and educate staff across the organization.

• Participate in the design, construction, and implementation of corporate intranets, e-learning applications, and courseware that support business objectives.

• Interact with Senior Managers to acquire content and determine the content scope.

• Select instructional strategies best suited for a course.

• Develop instructionally sound scripts and storyboards.

• Design and review user interfaces.

• Visualize and develop graphical elements, animations, and other interactive strategies for a course.

• Create SCORM compliant courses and quizzes.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and meeting deadlines.

• Perform end-user testing of the online module.

• Upload SCORM compliant e-learning courses, exams, and quizzes.

• Enroll users for the various e-learning programs/exams/quizzes.

• Monitor user activity on LMS and resolve user issues, if any.

• Create Exam templates.

• Review Exam/Quiz QB’s.

• Generate user reports for the various e-learning programs/exams/quizzes and share the same with the various business units.

• Ensure that staff completes the various e-learning programs.

• Liaise with vendor for various projects.
