APC Engineer - Universal Recruitment

- Sound knowledge of Advance Process Control, especially Aspentech APC/DMC+ technology in Foxboro DCS and Yokogawa DCS systems

- Identifies need and scope for advanced control schemes using tools such as process simulations, DMC+ etc to improve operations, cost, and safety

- Develops, implements, Supports and improves both base control and advanced controls for various process units in refinery

- Prepares regular APC benefit reports to Management

- Troubleshooting plant optimization problems with good paybacks

- Troubleshooting APC-DCS related issues with Automation Engineers

- Work with Refinery Operations, Process Engineers and Laboratory to develop and maintain advance process control systems

- Participates in HAZOP’s, safety reviews as required
