Bidding Manager - Al Ajmi Company

Major Duties:



• Receiving bids invitations and recommending to bid or not

• Send inquires for the project owner that under bidding and receive replies and to take it into consideration

• Seek and follow up to obtain quotations for quantities and other requirements for project under study.

• Prepare financial analysis for the project under the bid and identify percentage of administration cost and profit.

• Take in consideration the yearly increase in the prices

• Maintain Data base for all construction items and building materials prices and suppliers.

• Knowledgeable of building specifications and engineering codes nationally and internationally

• Review all bidding materials and make sure that subcontractors are a bide by it

• Discuss bidding proposal with the General Manager and get his approval

• Make sure that the bidding proposal is ready before the deadline

• Make sure that all banking guarantee are ready before submitting the bidding proposal

• Receive all documents and drawing once we win the contract
