1. Receive customers, identify needs of customers and provide information on the requested vehicle for model, specifications, price etc.
2. Prepare Trading Contract with the customer for resale of old vehicle, obtain price from evaluator, negotiate price, adjust price as down payment for new vehicle and close the deal.
3. Reserve vehicle for the customer, advice on documentation to the credit customers, offer discount up to set limit, send customer documents to Sales Administrator for preparing sales invoice.
4. Advise customers on vehicle insurance policy and direct to the Salesman Insurance.
5. Follow up with Sales Administrator on registration and delivery of vehicles.
6. Conduct after sales follow up with the customers.
7. Prepare daily sales report and submit to Supervisor Sales.
8. Develop customer database and maintain contacts with prospective customers through emails, telephone.
9. Perform other duties as requested by Management.
