Accountabilities
· Accountable for a team of Researchers determined either by area or product or sector or client
· Responsible for the training and development of his/her team and their morale
· Provides advice and consultation to clients - in order to drive satisfaction
· Improve and set up (where necessary) qualitative operations - Responsible for in driving process improvement and efficiency
Develops the business (profit and loss responsibilities)
