• Identifies and develops business opportunities for Aspire LOGISTICS. Prepares and proposes the Business Development Strategy (developing new services, defining tariff structures, acquiring new clients and enhancing existing client relationships).
• Assists in the development of the yearly commercial/business development plan.
• Develops and delivers the business development strategy through carrying out research, formulating market analysis and producing accurate business reports.
• Determines new opportunity by analysing business needs.
• Assists Venues and Operations Directorates in developing and implementing strategies for new products and services.
• Identifies means to increase Aspire LOGISTICS involvement with existing clients.
• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, financials, available options, and recommending course of action.
• Responding to tenders and information requests in a timely manner.
• Identifies ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
• Forecast short and long-range market potential for Aspire LOGISTICS business lines.
• Coordinate with AZF’s Marketing Department the communication and promotion of business development efforts.
• Assist AZF’s Business Development Advisor in preparing the yearly commercial/business development plan.
