Credit Risk Manager – Structured Finance - Career Hunters

-Focused on structured finance transactions involving export credit agencies and multilaterals in Europe, Asia and Africa region.

-Evaluate market trends and monitor risks pertaining to each countries and industries

-Understanding of Securitization and portfolio guarantee transactions backed by SME exposures.

-Credit review of syndicated transactions arranged for corporate customers and financial institutions (Islamic Finance), covering and monitoring the whole process from day one to closing: reviewing the structure and terms & conditions of the proposed financing; preparing credit analysis, submitting credit options & risks to the Credit Committee;

-Monitoring the customer credit quality and financial performance in coordination with the credits objectives - periodical credit review, rating update, covenants and other information/details monitoring;

-Collecting all the necessary information and documentation for completing internal KYC and compliance procedures on the clients.

-Understanding of Structured products, ranging from Asset-Backed Securities to CLOs to transactions that may contain elements of corporate or financial institution credit risk, collateral value risk, interest rate risk or insurance-related risks.
