Manage a sales team of Delegate Sales Executives contacting key clients’ decision makers with a goal of selling Delegate passes that are specific to the client’s business development requirements and strategic goals and proactively selling on own accounts as well.
- Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
- Work with sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
- Ensures that goals and targets are met
- Identifies telesales and delegate sales potential market growth opportunity
- Responsible for delegate profiling for each event selling (Identifies job titles relevant to each event selling)
- Helps to build rapport with existing and build new clientele database
- Works closely with Producers, Marketing and Sponsorship team working on the same events to ensure targets are met
- Ensures that KPI’s set forth are met by the team on a consistent basis
- Have advanced closing skills and the ability to bring executed contracts in for the company
- post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports)
