To provide efficient, timely and safe transportation to all hotel guests.
Welcome guests according to the Marriott International standards.
1) Greet hotel guests according to the Marriott International Standards
2) Ensure that you are on time to your duty with clean uniform and well groomed.
3) Be familiar with all hotel facilities, hours of operation and current promotions
4) Have knowledge of Doorman duties and responsibilities.
5) Assist guest with luggage, when arriving or departing from the hotel.
6) Assist guest with loading/offloading form the vehicle.
7) Be knowledgeable of all traffic regulations and abide by them at all times
8) Maintain an alert position in the Entrance; do not form groups when not busy.
9) Make sure to arrange traffic flow at the entrance of the hotel.
10) Have knowledge of all Bell stand SOP’s and LSOP’s
11) Be familiar with local area services, offices, attractions, restaurants, etc.
12) Able to provide directions to various destinations within the city.
13) Follows program and suggests recommendations according to guest needs.
14) Treat guest’s cars with respect, and always be cautious while driving, if needed
15) Respect the driving rules within the property at all times.
16) Be familiar with different makes of car and their operation.
17) Be fully aware of all safety and emergency procedures
18) Be security conscious at all times, inform manager of anything suspicious
19) Report any accidents immediately to the management
19) Ensure that hotel entrance is clean, tidy and free of clutt
