Objective
Our client is known as the leading solution provider for electrical connection and electronic interface and automation technology in the markets of the region. The continuous, balanced and profitable growth in the target markets of the region is ensured
Main targets
• Headquarters’ marketing and sales knowledge is known in the representations and used for profiling and positioning the Company in the target markets.
• Technical requests and problems of the representations and direct customers are solved optimally by considering the country-specific characteristics.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, develop application based customer specific solution concepts following the relevant industry standards and provide corresponding proof of concept studies.
• The sales and marketing campaigns in the region are actively supported.
• Customers and prospective customers of the representations experience the Company as a personally and professionally committed, competent and reliable partner.
• Application specific engineering expertise underlines our leadership by bundling our state of the art components according to the specific application needs of focused target customers.
• New application fields are identified and significantly contribute to the overall Company’s sales in the country.
• In order to safeguard the profitability of our ICE business the total cost of ownership for the customer is put into the foreground in the pre-sales phase
Key Task
• Solution-oriented processing of technical requests and clarification, if need be, in cooperation with the corresponding product departments in the subsidiaries or headquarters.
• Technical support in the preparation of project-related solutions across all business fields with related service offers.
• Conception, preparation, execution and post-processing of country-specific sales and marketing activities (trainings, trade shows, sales promotions, customer visits, technical presentations, etc.) in cooperation with the representations of the region.
• Pre-sales engineering support to qualify opportunities beyond standard components needs and with that to maximize the deployment of bundled PxC solutions aiming at optimizing the combining the strength of the complete PxC product range.
• Comprehensively support our partners and end customers in the planning, installation and start-up phase of their projects till implementation.
• Ensure that our products and their unique features are specified in projects and at end users as well as consultants to technically safeguard our position against competition.
• Conduct regular application workshops and trainings to partners and customers. In this context promote latest technology and application trends as well as their deployment in Company's products and services.
