To supervise all front desk staff to ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, regulations and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To settle guest complaints and to ensure that front desk operations are working in an efficient and professional manner at all times.
When needed, to provide reception services, concierge services, cashiering, business services. When needed, to also assume manager’s responsibilities.
To train front desk agents and attendants on a daily basis, on-the-job, and during 15 minutes training; to conduct monthly departmental meetings; and to assist the front office manager in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly-operating department.
