Human Resources Manager (ref: MOff-001289) - The Nielsen Company

Responsible for the delivery of human resources administrative services according to policies and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective business operations



Typical Responsibilities

§ Plan and organize timely and accurate preparation of human resources regulatory reports . turnover rate report, human resources report, headcount report, organizational charts, for local country management and Regional

§ Recommend new policies, processes and procedures to meet the changing requirements of internal clients

§ Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and procedures

§ Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company and recorded into the relevant systems

§ Ensure termination of employees are complied with policies and procedures and exit interviews are conducted with summary reports prepared on regular basis

§ Assist in administration of appointment letters, resignation notifications and other related documents

§ Ensure attendance is properly monitored and timely and accurate reports are prepared regularly

§ Work with Finance to ensure proper payroll is administered

§ Ensure security and accuracy of staff records are maintained

§ Ensure proper administration of benefits programs in related to new hires, termination and other changes in employment status

§ Ensure consistent implementation of human resources programs in relation to appointments, transfers and other staff movements

§ Undertake and coordinate well-defined projects, monitor progress and ensure end-results are delivered



People Management

§ Set objectives and monitor performance for the team

§ Ensure recognition of effective work performance and utilize effective disciplinary actions when appropriate

§ Address professional development goals and needs of direct reports

§ Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures
