Job Title: Legal Adviser VP
Reporting into: Head of Legal

- Must be fluent in Arabic and English- The Legal Advisor will have at least six years of continuous and relevant experience in the legal field within investment banking, investment management and/or securities.- Professional Legal qualification.
Job Description:
- Assist the Head of Legal in the preparation of plans and budgets of the department.- Monitor the changes in applicable laws and regulations that have an impact on the business and need to be reflected in the standard documentation or processes of the organization; update the relevant divisions of any such changes.- Develop a thorough and current understanding of international and local law - particularly with reference to the Saudi market.- Ensure that legal documentation is in place to support all transactions, agreements and contracts.- Provide legal advice on all transactions and agreements to the business divisions on all their projects.- Liaise with external legal counsel and advisors as required.
